The legal process in appointing a guardian for a person in need can be daunting. We have the expertise to assist you in this process.

We can provide legal advice to you and assist you in completing the necessary forms to appoint a personal and/or property guardian, including obtaining affidavits from health care professionals, completing a statement of inventory of the dependent adult, and obtaining any consents to the appointment if needed. We will communicate with the Public Guardian on your behalf and obtain the bond that may be required by the Public Guardian or the Court. We will assist you in the annual reporting to the Public Guardian.
